About Punta Uva Dive Center
Punta Uva Dive Center is a beachfront PADI dive shop sitting right on Punta Uva Beach inside the Gandoca-Manzanillo National Wildlife Refuge, a few minutes south of Puerto Viejo. The center built its reputation on a fringing coral reef just offshore, with unique Caribbean marine biodiversity only a short swim or boat ride from the door.
The shop runs the full range of PADI courses — from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water through Advanced, Rescue, Emergency First Response and Divemaster — alongside guided fun dives, night dives and snorkeling trips on the reef. Beyond scuba, they also offer kayak tours and stand-up paddleboarding, making the location a one-stop base for exploring the protected coastline both above and below the surface.
