About Selwyn Snow Resort

Selwyn Snow Resort is the most northerly ski resort in Australia, on Kings Cross Road at Mt Selwyn. The resort pitches itself at beginners and people who have never seen snow, and the 2027 season is scheduled from 12 June to 12 September 2027.

The Selwyn Centre handles lift passes and rentals: HEAD skis, Burton snowboards and clothing hire. The resort runs group lessons for kids and adults and private lessons for all levels, and the toboggan park has its own 150 m carpet, with toboggans included in the toboggan pass and snow tubing as an upgrade. Snowskates, snowscoots and day lockers are also available.

There is no accommodation on the mountain. The gift shop sells snow chains, and group lessons and toboggan passes are booked online ahead of the visit.
