SupKayak is a locally founded paddling outfitter operating on the Bay of Kotor and Montenegro's wider coast and lakes. Run by guides who designed each route around their own favourite corners of the bay, the company offers a personal alternative to the big tour boats — quiet sea-kayak and stand-up paddleboard trips that hug the shoreline and slip into caves and coves the larger vessels can't reach.
Guided tours span the spectacular Kotor Fjord, the Perast islets, the Morinj inlet and Herceg Novi, alongside full-day adventures to Skadar Lake, the Blue Cave and the Grahovo mountain river. Half-day paddles and a Kumbor sunset tour suit those short on time, while hourly rentals of inflatable SUP boards and two-person hardboard kayaks let independent paddlers explore the bay solo, complete with dry barrels for personal gear.
