VolcanoKite is a specialist kitesurf, wing foil, and surf school based in Caleta de Famara, operating on what is widely considered the best kite and surf beach in the Canary Islands. Famara's six-kilometre stretch of sand catches consistent trade winds and Atlantic swell year-round, creating ideal conditions for learning and progression in all wind-powered board sports.
Their course menu covers kitesurfing from absolute beginner through to advanced freestyle, wing foiling for riders ready to try the sport's newest discipline, and traditional surfing lessons. All instruction is delivered by IKO and ISA certified coaches in small groups or private sessions. Equipment is current-season gear from leading brands and included in course prices. They also offer standalone equipment rental for experienced riders who want to session Famara independently.
