About Wild Kite Peru
Wild Kite Peru is an IKO-certified kiteboarding school based at Casa Mediterránea, right on the kite spot in Máncora. Long established as one of the region's original kite schools, it has built a strong reputation among travelling riders for professional instruction and a laid-back, welcoming vibe on Peru's north shore.
The school teaches kitesurfing to complete beginners and offers advanced coaching, hydrofoil sessions, guided downwinders and multi-day wave trips for experienced riders. As a Cabrinha school and authorised dealer, they rent premium kites, boards and hydrofoils, and provide on-site kite repair. Surf lessons and board rental are also available, plus package deals that bundle lessons with beachfront lodging, yoga and massage.
Máncora's side-shore thermal wind blows most afternoons through the long April-to-December season, and Wild Kite Peru's beachfront location means zero travel between accommodation and the water.
