About Bite Me Sportfishing
Bite Me Sportfishing operates one of the largest charter fleets out of Honokohau Harbor, the sportfishing hub of the Kona Coast located a few minutes north of Kailua-Kona. The deep water that drops off almost immediately outside the harbor makes Kona one of the world's premier blue marlin fisheries, and Bite Me has built its name squarely on it.
The company runs seven fully rigged sportfishing boats with options to suit any group: private charters for parties who want the whole boat, and shared charters that let solo anglers or couples split costs with others. Trips run in four, six, or eight hour blocks, targeting Pacific blue marlin, ahi (yellowfin tuna), ono, mahi mahi, and spearfish depending on the season. All tackle and equipment are provided, and experienced crews handle everything from rigging to leadering fish boat-side, so complete beginners are welcome alongside seasoned anglers.
