About Kapalua Ziplines
Kapalua Ziplines operates Maui's largest and only all-dual zipline course, set in the lush rainforest above the Kapalua Resort on West Maui. Located at 500 Office Road near the Honolua Store, the course lets pairs of riders soar side-by-side through the canopy — a unique format that makes it perfect for couples, friends, and families who want to share the adrenaline rush together rather than taking turns.
The course features six side-by-side ziplines, a dramatic 360-foot suspension bridge — the largest in Hawaii — and options that include ATV rides to the launch point for an added off-road adventure. Lines range from short warm-up runs to long, fast descents with views stretching across the Pacific and down to the resort coastline below. The dual format means zero waiting between riders, so the entire experience flows smoothly without the downtime common at single-line courses. Tours run several times daily and last approximately two to three hours including the ATV option.
What makes Kapalua Ziplines special is the combination of the dual-line racing format, the stunning West Maui rainforest setting, and the massive suspension bridge that is an experience in itself. The guides are energetic and safety-focused, keeping the mood fun while ensuring every rider is properly harnessed and briefed. The location within the Kapalua Resort means easy access for guests staying on the west side, and the nearby Honolua Store and plantation-era village add a charming touch to the outing.
