Lessons run for approximately two hours on the beach at locations like Flat Rock, Seven Mile Beach, and Shaws Bay — the exact spot is chosen each day based on swell, wind, and tide conditions to give beginners the best possible waves. All equipment including softboard, wetsuit, and rashie is provided.
