About Kune Bikes & Shuttles

Kune Bikes & Shuttles is a bike hire and shuttle business at 27 Goldfinch Street, Ohakune, in the same building as the climbing gym. It took over the bike hire SLR used to run.

Its hire fleet of about 120 bikes includes e-bikes and fat-tire bikes, and it has a workshop. Shuttles run to the Ohakune trails, up the Mountain Road and to the Bridge to Nowhere, where riders connect with a jet boat.

It opens seven days, 8am to 6pm, and closes for the off season in May and June.
