Methow Cycle & Sport is a four-season, full-service bike and Nordic ski shop on the edge of downtown Winthrop, sitting right where the Methow Valley's legendary trail network begins. In the warmer months their rental fleet spans mountain bikes, fat bikes, electric bikes, road and gravel bikes and stand-up paddleboards for Lake Patterson or the Methow River, along with river tubes for float days. Come winter, the shop pivots to a large cross-country ski rental fleet — skate, classic and skin skis plus snowshoes for all ages. On the retail side they carry bikes from brands like Trek, Salsa, Norco and Santa Cruz, plus parts, apparel and accessories, backed by a full repair and suspension-service department and professional coaching.
