Rapidrunner Expeditions is a Pokhara whitewater company with more than 23 years of experience running rafting and kayaking trips throughout Nepal. Based in Pokhara opposite Kuti Resort, the outfit guides adventures that range from gentle grade 3 floats suitable for families to demanding grade 5+ runs for seasoned paddlers, with trips lasting anywhere from half a day to twelve-day expeditions.
The river menu covers the Upper and Lower Seti close to Pokhara, plus the Trishuli, Kali Gandaki, Upper and Lower Marsyangdi, Sun Koshi, Tamur and Karnali for longer expeditions. Alongside guided rafting, Rapidrunner runs a dedicated Kayak School with instructional programmes on the Lower Seti and Lower Kali Gandaki, taking paddlers from first strokes through to river-running competence, and offers canyoning on select itineraries.
The company stresses a strong safety culture, using CE-certified equipment and experienced river guides, and holds membership with international bodies including the International Ecotourism Society.
