About Sail Fish Scuba
Sail Fish Scuba is a woman-owned PADI dive center that has been guiding divers and snorkelers out of Key Largo since 2012. Based in the Pink Plaza on the Overseas Highway at mile marker 103, the shop built its reputation on small-group charters and a friendly, first-timer-welcoming vibe that stands out in a town full of high-volume dive operations.
Trips run daily to the reefs of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, including snorkel and dive visits to the Christ of the Abyss statue, Molasses Reef, and the Spiegel Grove and Duane wrecks. The course catalog covers Discover Scuba experiences, Open Water through Divemaster training, and specialties such as nitrox and deep diving. Full scuba and snorkel gear rental is available, and private charters can be arranged for families and small groups.
What differentiates Sail Fish Scuba is the guided approach: an in-water guide accompanies groups on reef trips, which is a genuine comfort for new snorkelers and rusty divers. Combined with capped passenger counts and personalized briefings, the operation feels closer to a private tour than a party boat, earning it consistently strong reviews from travelers.
