Skydive Wanaka is the South Island's premier tandem skydiving operator, launching from Wanaka Airport just ten minutes from the town centre. Jumpers choose from three altitude options: 9,000 feet for a 25-second freefall, 12,000 feet for a 45-second rush, or the ultimate 15,000-foot jump delivering a full 60 seconds of freefall at speeds exceeding 200 km/h. Every tandem jump is conducted by a highly experienced instructor, and professional photo and video packages capture the entire experience from aircraft exit to soft grass landing.
