About Termas Cacheuta
Termas Cacheuta is a thermal-springs resort and adventure complex tucked into the Andean foothills at Cacheuta, about 38 kilometres from Mendoza city in the department of Luján de Cuyo. Set beside the Mendoza River, the site pairs its famous geothermal pools and spa with a full outdoor-adventure program in the surrounding mountains and forest.
Its adventure offering includes zip-lining across the thermal park, arborism and tree climbing in the Bosque Cacheuta forest, and rappelling on both rock faces and aerial courses. The complex also organises whitewater rafting with included transfers to two stretches of river at Blanco Encalada and Potrerillos, letting visitors combine an adrenaline morning on the water with an afternoon soaking in the hot springs.
The adventure circuit runs Monday to Saturday and is designed to suit families and casual thrill-seekers as much as dedicated adventurers, all within easy reach of the city. With its blend of activity and relaxation in a striking riverside setting, Termas Cacheuta is one of the most accessible adventure-and-wellness day trips in the Mendoza region.
