About Wwwind Square Malcesine
Wwwind Square is a lakefront watersports institution in Malcesine that has been running sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing courses since 1979. Situated along the Via Gardesana with direct beach access, the centre combines a sailing school, board sports academy, and charter service under one roof, backed by a private beach, rooftop terrace, restaurant, and beach bar that make it a destination in its own right.
The sailing fleet includes sporty Laser dinghies, stable Soling keelboats, two Bénéteau First 31.7 cabin cruisers for day or multi-day charters, and a full Hobie Cat catamaran line (15, 16, 18, and Tiger models). Windsurfing and kitesurfing gear is current-season Duotone and Fanatic, with VDWS-certified instructors running courses from taster sessions through to advanced racing technique. They also offer wing foiling, SUP hire, and equipment storage for guests bringing their own kit.
With over four decades on the lake, Wwwind Square has trained thousands of sailors and windsurfers in Malcesine's famously reliable afternoon Ora wind. The centre's position on the eastern shore gives students protection from morning chop while still delivering the strong thermal winds that make Garda one of Europe's top inland sailing venues. Their team-building and school-group programmes draw clubs and companies from across the continent.
