About Campione Univela
Campione Univela is a purpose-built sailing and watersports centre tucked into the dramatic cliffs of Campione del Garda on the western shore of Lake Garda, inside the Alto Garda Bresciano Natural Park. The centre combines a sailing school, accommodation, restaurant, gym, and event space into a single lakefront campus, making it one of the most complete watersports facilities anywhere on the lake.
The school programme covers catamaran sailing, keelboat courses, kitesurfing, wing foiling, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking, with equipment available for hire by the hour or the day. Their kayak trips take paddlers along the rocky western coastline, exploring caves and cliff formations that are only accessible from the water. In summer they run residential sailing camps for juniors, and year-round they host regattas, corporate team-building events, and club training weeks in partnership with the Univela sailing association.
Campione's location is its superpower — the narrow bay funnels the Ora wind into strong, consistent conditions that made this stretch of coast famous among competitive sailors and kiters. The centre's modern facilities, including a Technogym fitness room, equipment storage, and comfortable rooms with lake views, mean guests can train hard and recover well without ever leaving the site.
