About Puerto Surf House & School
Puerto Surf House & School is a combined surf school and guesthouse in the Brisas de Zicatela neighbourhood of Puerto Escondido, just 50 metres from the beach near a quality point break. Owned and operated by David and Swantje Salinas, it offers a relaxed home base where guests can learn to surf and stay on site between sessions.
The school delivers group, semi-private and private surf lessons aimed at beginner and intermediate surfers, with options to combine surfing with Spanish language instruction. Accommodation comprises six rooms plus an apartment, all with private bathrooms and wifi, set around a large garden with hammocks and an outdoor kitchen. Flexible surf-and-lodging packages range from basic stays to more specialised programmes.
