About Scuba Shack Koh Tao
Scuba Shack is a PADI 5 Star IDC dive centre based in the busy Sairee Beach area of Koh Tao, the small island in the Gulf of Thailand that has become one of the most popular places in the world to learn to dive. The centre keeps group sizes small and focuses on personal, unhurried instruction across the island's warm, shallow training sites.
The team runs the full PADI pathway from beginner Discover Scuba and Open Water through Advanced, Rescue and Divemaster, alongside daily fun dives to local reefs and pinnacles such as Chumphon and Sail Rock. All scuba equipment, wetsuits and dive computers are provided, and trips suit everyone from first-timers to certified divers building experience.
