June 2026 Product Releases

June 2026 Product Releases

June was our biggest month yet. We shipped 26 features across bookings, operations, AI, integrations, and compliance — a lot of it built for the real chaos of peak season: weather that turns without warning, group tours that share equipment, boat charters that need a Coast Guard manifest, and a counter that gets slammed at 9 AM. Whether you run a ski shop, a kayak fleet, a fishing charter, or a multi-day trekking company, there's something here that takes a job off your plate. Here's the roundup, grouped by what it does.

Bookings

Seven features that give your customers more control at checkout and cover the booking types you couldn't sell cleanly before — multi-day trips, shared fleets, and add-ons.

June 2026 bookings features overview showing one-click reschedule, multi-day experiences, shared equipment pools, extras and add-ons, and 30-language booking

One-Click Slot Reschedule. When the weather turns or the river drops, move a whole departure in one action. Every active booking on a slot shifts to a new date and time together — no half-moves, no chasing customers one at a time. They're notified by email or SMS with self-serve links to view, reschedule, or cancel. It works from the supplier portal, mobile app, API, and Dash AI.

Multi-Day Experiences. Sell a multi-day tour — a 3-day trek, a weekend kayak expedition — as one trip and one booking. Set a start and end date for one price, one set of spots, one guide team, and the calendar shows every day the trip runs. Assigned guides can't be double-booked, and the pre-trip reminder goes out once instead of every morning.

Tour Packages. A step up for multi-day operators: set the trip length once — say 5 days / 4 nights — and customers pick a start date while the end date works itself out. Offer pick-one choices like hotel category or coach type, each priced per traveler, with the total updating live. Run each tour private or sold by the seat.

Shared Equipment for Tours. Run several tours on the same machines without overselling them. You set what each tour runs on, and every session plus direct rentals draw from one shared pool. When the last machine's taken, anything overlapping sells out automatically, and a cancellation frees it instantly.

Extras & Add-Ons. Offer optional add-ons customers tack onto a booking — a helmet with a bike, a photo package on a tour. Set each up once with a name and price, charged once or per person, on any rental or tour, with optional stock limits. Customers add them while booking and the total updates instantly, online and in-store.

Customer Self Check-In. Let guests check themselves in for tours, lessons, and charters instead of a guide scanning everyone one by one. They tap "I'm here" on their ticket or scan a QR poster, find their booking, and check in the whole group. Any unsigned waiver pops up to sign on the spot, and you get a live manifest of who's arrived.

Book in Your Language. Your booking page now speaks 30 languages. Turn one on and your whole catalog — product and tour names, descriptions, prices, checkout, and cart — translates itself, and edits re-translate automatically. It detects each visitor's language, and confirmations, reminders, and payment all arrive in the language they booked in.

Operations

The daily grind got a lot lighter. Eleven features covering safety checks, gear kits, staff hours, workshop revenue, and an app that finally works where there's no signal.

June 2026 operations features overview showing weather thresholds, booking checklists, contents check, staff clock-in, workshop services, and offline mobile app

Weather Thresholds. Tell EquipDash once what counts as too dangerous for your business — high wind, lightning, low snowfall, extreme heat — and it watches the forecast every 30 minutes at each location. When your threshold is crossed it closes just the affected hours, offers every booked customer a free reschedule, and reopens the moment it clears.

Booking Checklists. Make safety checks mandatory before gear goes out or a guest checks in. Build a checklist once — life jackets aboard, waiver signed — assign it to all products, a category, or specific items, and staff must tick it off at handover. A failed critical item blocks pickup until it's resolved, or a manager overrides with a logged reason.

Contents Check. A lot of rental gear is a kit — a tent is poles, stakes, footprint, and rainfly. List the parts once, and staff tick each one off as they pack it at pickup and again at return. A missing piece gets caught before the customer drives off, not a week later.

Staff Qualifications & Guide Matching. Track every guide's certifications and languages in one place — first aid, swiftwater rescue, avalanche safety — and let EquipDash watch the expiry dates with dashboard alerts and a weekly renewal email. Set the qualifications each tour needs, and rostering flags anyone under-qualified or missing a required language before the trip goes out.

Staff Clock In & Out. Your team clocks in and out on a shared tablet at the counter — tap your name, enter a 4-digit PIN, and you're on the clock. Every punch is stamped against the scheduled shift, so you can see who's in, who's late, and who's still to arrive at a glance.

Staff Timesheets. See hours actually worked, not just hours scheduled. Every clock-in and clock-out flows into timesheets automatically — worked time, breaks, late arrivals, scheduled versus actual, per person and per week. Edit entries by hand and export to CSV for payroll in one click.

Workshop Services. Sell repairs and tune-ups alongside your rentals. Create services — ski tune, boot fit, bike service — with a price and turnaround time. Customers book online or staff add them at the counter, and each job moves from drop-off to ready for pickup with a "your gear is ready" email sent automatically.

Mobile App Works Offline. No signal, no problem. The mobile app now keeps working in dead zones — the trailhead, the beach, the river. Pull up the day's bookings and guest lists, hand over and check in gear, scan tickets, and photograph damage with no connection. Everything saves on the phone and sends itself the moment signal returns.

Embed Waivers, Forms & Surveys Anywhere. Add any waiver, rental agreement, intake form, or feedback survey straight to your own website so customers read and sign right there — no developer needed. Or drop a scan-to-sign QR code on a poster or the counter. Get paperwork done before customers arrive, so check-in is faster and queues are shorter.

Custom PDF Documents. Turn one signed form into several branded PDFs. A customer signs once and EquipDash generates separate professional documents — say a Rental Contract and an Acknowledgement of Risk — each with only the parts you choose. Build one in seconds with a drag-and-drop editor, auto-fill booking details, and add a staff counter-signature.

Link Experiences to Saved Venues. Set an experience's location by picking one of your saved venues instead of re-typing the same address. Link a venue once and its name appears everywhere customers and staff see the meeting point — the booking widget, QR tickets, manifests, and the mobile app.

AI & Automation

Two releases that watch the things you can't and handle the messages you shouldn't have to send.

Weather Reschedule Agent. A Dash Agent that watches the forecast for weather-sensitive departures and proposes slot reschedules before the day falls apart. Approve in one click and the new time, your reason, and self-serve reschedule links go out to every affected customer automatically. It's the hands-off companion to Weather Thresholds — one closes the window, the other moves the people.

Automated Customer Communications. EquipDash messages your customers automatically at every step, branded in your colors and worded how you want. Pre-arrival emails send directions, a what-to-bring list, and a waiver link; late returns carry a one-tap extend link with the cost shown; damage charges go out as a secure payment link with photo evidence. Set it once and it runs across email and SMS.

Integrations

Four ways to connect EquipDash to the tools and marketplaces you already use.

June 2026 integrations overview showing Google Ads attribution, calendar sync, Google Drive document sync, and the Viator marketplace connection

Google Ads & Marketing Attribution. See exactly which bookings came from your Google Ads — captured automatically and invisibly, with no setup and nothing extra for customers to fill in. Every booking shows the ad and campaign that drove it, a new Marketing report totals the revenue, and one click sends that revenue back to Google Ads so you can measure true cost-per-booking and ROI.

Viator Integration. List your tours and activities on Viator, the world's largest experiences marketplace, and reach travelers planning their trip. Bookings flow straight back into EquipDash, and availability and pricing stay in sync automatically so you never oversell across channels. Manage direct bookings, walk-ins, and OTA reservations together in one place.

Calendar Sync. Your bookings appear in Google, Apple, or Outlook calendars within seconds — no copying anything across. And time you block off in your own calendar, like a day off or a maintenance morning, automatically stops EquipDash taking bookings for that window on your widget and POS alike.

Google Drive Integration. Keep a copy of every signed document in your own Google Drive. Connect it once and EquipDash syncs the PDFs you generate — signed waivers, forms, and more — into a folder you control. No manual downloads; the paperwork files itself, ready to share with insurers, staff, or partners.

Customers & Compliance

Three releases that keep guests informed and keep you on the right side of privacy and maritime rules.

Coast Guard Passenger Manifests. Turn any boat trip into a Coast-Guard-ready charter in one tap. Set an experience to "Boat charter" and EquipDash collects an emergency contact from every passenger at booking, then gives each departure a print-ready USCG manifest — names, ages, emergency contacts, special needs, waiver status, and the captain on the trip. Never rebuild a passenger list in a spreadsheet again.

GDPR Tools. When a customer asks what data you hold, or asks to be deleted, it's one click — not a support ticket. Download everything on a customer as a readable file, or "Forget this customer" to erase their details while keeping your tax records. Exactly the tools you need to meet your GDPR obligations.

Custom PDF & Bilingual Documents. For operators serving guests in more than one language, custom PDF documents now support per-language logos so bilingual paperwork looks right no matter which language the guest booked in — the contract, the risk acknowledgement, and the receipt all match.

That's June. Twenty-six features, most of them driven by what operators told us breaks during peak season. Everything here is live in your dashboard now — nothing to install, nothing to update. If you're not on EquipDash yet, see how it all fits together on the product overview or book a demo.

FAQ

Are all 26 June features available on my plan?

Most June features are available on all plans, including Weather Thresholds, Booking Checklists, Contents Check, Multi-Day Experiences, Self Check-In, Staff Clock In & Out, Timesheets, Workshop Services, and the offline mobile app. Some integrations and advanced automation — such as the Weather Reschedule Agent and certain marketplace connections — are on Growth and Pro plans. Check the feature inside your dashboard or ask our team if you're unsure.

Do I need to update anything to get these features?

No. EquipDash is cloud-based, so every feature is live in your dashboard automatically. Integrations like Viator, Google Ads, Google Drive, and calendar sync require a one-time connection, and the mobile app updates itself from your app store.

How do Weather Thresholds and the Weather Reschedule Agent work together?

They're two halves of the same problem. Weather Thresholds watches the forecast every 30 minutes and automatically closes the specific hours that cross your danger line, offering booked customers a free reschedule. The Weather Reschedule Agent goes further, proposing a specific new slot for a weather-sensitive departure so you can approve the move — and notify everyone — in one click.

Can I sell multi-day trips now?

Yes. Multi-Day Experiences let you sell a trek or expedition as one booking with one price, one guide team, and one set of spots across all the days it runs. Tour Packages add fixed trip lengths with pick-one options like hotel category or coach type, priced per traveler. Both prevent guide double-booking and send a single pre-trip reminder.

What do the Coast Guard passenger manifests include?

Setting an experience to "Boat charter" collects an emergency contact from every passenger at booking and generates a print-ready USCG manifest for each departure — passenger names, ages, emergency contacts, any special needs, waiver status, and the assigned captain. It replaces the spreadsheet most charter operators rebuild before every trip.

Does the mobile app really work with no internet?

Yes. The app now caches the day's bookings and guest lists so you can hand over gear, check guests in, scan tickets, and photograph damage in a dead zone. Every action saves locally and syncs automatically the moment signal returns — no buttons to press and nothing lost.
