About Gnomes

Gnomes is a ski shop at The Works, 400 Waterloo Road, Islington, Christchurch, and calls its rental fleet the largest in Christchurch. Mt Olympus and Smylies both name it as the place for hire and repairs.

It rents skis and snowboards, from standard to demo and touring setups, plus clothing, car and 4WD snow chains, avalanche kits and a rope tow pack. Rentals can be collected after 2pm the day before and book online.

It also does boot fitting and workshop servicing.
