About ME Diving Khao Lak
ME Diving has been part of Khao Lak's dive scene since 1996, carrying forward the operation long known locally as iQ-Dive. The shop sits opposite the 7-Eleven at Bang Niang Market, an easy walk from most Bang Niang hotels, and after nearly thirty years the team has guided thousands of divers and snorkelers through these waters.
Boats run seven trips a week in season, covering the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Richelieu Rock, and the local wrecks off Khao Lak. Snorkelers join the same departures on family-friendly terms, and SSI training runs from introductory try dives through advanced certifications and specialties such as nitrox, deep, navigation, and wreck diving. Equipment is Mares throughout, and rental sets are available for every trip.
Day trips are the specialty rather than a sideline. Divers based in Khao Lak can sleep in their own hotel bed, dive Richelieu Rock in the morning, and be back for dinner, no liveaboard cabin required. The near-daily schedule also makes it easy to string together several days of diving across different sites in a single stay.
