About Satun Dive Resort
Satun Dive Resort is a family-owned PADI five-star dive resort in the middle of Sunrise Beach, where bamboo bungalows and beachfront rooms at 407 Moo 7 look straight out over the Andaman Sea. It is one of the few places on Koh Lipe where the dive school, the accommodation, and the restaurant belong to the same local family.
The school teaches PADI courses for every level, from first-time Discover Scuba sessions and Open Water through Advanced, Rescue, and Emergency First Response first aid. Daily dive trips run to 8 Mile Rock, Stonehenge, the Yong Hua wreck, and the reef slopes of Koh Adang and Koh Rawi, while snorkelers can join the boats or rent gear for the water off the beach.
The stay-and-dive setup is the differentiator: roll out of a bungalow, eat breakfast facing the sea, and step onto the boat without crossing the island. Evenings end at the resort bar with the day's dive log and a sunrise-facing front row for the next morning.
