About Koh Chang Divers
Koh Chang Divers is a PADI Five Star dive center based at Bang Bao Plaza, the row of shops beside the fishing-village pier on Koh Chang's south coast. The shop was named Scuba Diving Center of the Year at the Asia Prestige Awards and holds a 4.9 Google rating along with a top TripAdvisor ranking on the island.
Training covers the full PADI ladder, from Bubblemaker sessions for kids through Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, and Divemaster, with specialties in wreck, deep, night, navigation, and enriched air. Fun divers head out on the shop's dedicated boat to coral gardens around the archipelago and to the HTMS Chang, and certified divers currently get Nitrox fills at no extra charge.
The house rule that sets this shop apart is group size: a maximum of four certified divers per guide, so nobody is herded through a dive site in a crowd. Rental equipment runs on Scubapro, Aquatec, and Suunto gear, and a long-tenured team of instructors and boat crew handles the day-to-day.
