About Paradise Divers Koh Kood
Paradise Divers is a small, German-managed dive center in Ban Klong Chao on Koh Kood, the southernmost island of the Koh Chang archipelago. Run by Michael Misic under the motto "Come as a diver, leave as a friend," the shop trades the volume of the bigger island operations for a deliberately personal setup.
PADI training runs from Scuba Diver through Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, and Divemaster, and beginners can start with shore-based intro dives on gentle reef. Fun divers explore the coral around Koh Kood, and on request the team organizes private boat trips to unexplored reefs, the islands around Koh Mak, the Koh Rang archipelago, and the HTMS Chang, Thailand's largest wreck.
Small groups are the whole point. Trips are planned around the divers who show up rather than a fixed timetable, so a certified pair can ask for a specific site and an anxious first-timer gets an instructor's full attention. For divers staying on Koh Kood, it is the relaxed alternative to day-tripping from Koh Chang.
