Q: Will connecting GetYourGuide cause double-bookings?

No. GetYourGuide sells from the same availability as your booking page and your counter, so a spot sold anywhere is gone everywhere.

Q: Do I have to enter GetYourGuide bookings manually?

No. They arrive on their own, on your calendar and in your reports, and the customer is added to EquipDash.

Q: Can I still take direct bookings on my own website?

Yes. Your booking page, POS and GetYourGuide all sell from the same calendar.

Q: Does pricing stay in sync?

Yes. Match your prices to GetYourGuide’s price names once, and price changes in EquipDash are sent to GetYourGuide.

Q: How long does setup take?

Add your Supplier ID and match your prices in EquipDash. Then in GetYourGuide's supplier portal, go to Manage > Products > See details, edit an option, open Connectivity Settings, pick EquipDash, paste its External Product ID and save. Do the same for each product. You can also email GetYourGuide the list from EquipDash instead.

Add your Supplier ID in EquipDash, then connect each product in GetYourGuide's supplier portal. Bookings made there land in EquipDash like any other.

The GetYourGuide page in EquipDash lists each step and ticks it off as you go. Find it in Settings, API & Integrations.

Your Supplier ID is on your GetYourGuide dashboard.
In GetYourGuide's supplier portal, pick EquipDash and paste each product's External Product ID under Connectivity Settings.
Prices with GetYourGuide's names match on their own; you pick the rest once.
Turn off taking GetYourGuide bookings any time without disconnecting.
