Q: Do I need a Wix plugin or app?

No. You copy your code from EquipDash and paste it into an Embed HTML element. There is nothing to install.

Q: Where do customers pay?

In EquipDash checkout, which opens on your site. Payments go to the payment account you connected in EquipDash, and the booking lands in your EquipDash calendar.

Q: Does it work on phones?

Yes. Customers can book and pay from a phone or tablet, and the Book now button opens your bookings in a pop-up on the page they are reading.

Q: Which Wix plan do I need?

The Embed HTML element works on any Wix site. A Book now button on every page uses Custom Code, which Wix only offers on a paid plan.

Q: Can I take bookings for rentals and activities?

Yes. One booking page can hold your rentals, activities and store items, or you can show just one of them, a single item, or a collection of items you pick.

Q: Do I have to change Wix when my prices change?

No. Prices, availability, deposits and closures come from EquipDash, so a change there shows on your site the next time the page loads.

Q: Which EquipDash plans include it?

HOW IT WORKS

Live on Wix in three steps

No developer needed.

Copy your code

In EquipDash, go to Settings > Booking widget > Embed options.
Pick what to show: Full widget embed (your whole booking page), Single product, a "Book now" button, or a Collection.
Click Copy code.

Paste it into Wix

Edit the page in the Wix editor.
Click Add > Embed Code > Embed HTML.
Click Enter Code, paste your code and click Update.
Drag the box to full width and make it tall enough for the calendar.

Publish

Click Publish. Wix shows embeds in a box you size by hand, so drag it taller if your booking page looks cut off.

Bookings land in your EquipDash calendar, the same as bookings taken at the counter.

To embed a single item, open it in EquipDash and use its Embed tab.
The booking page uses the colors you pick in EquipDash, so it can match your site.
