Evening classes, date nights, a six-week course and a kids' summer camp, with every guest's allergies on the list before they walk in.
Inside the business
Shared seats and private classes, the waitlist, memberships and every guest’s allergy answers, on EquipDash.
Seats for couples, a full Friday with a waitlist, and guests moving their own booking.

Each guest’s allergy under their name, checked in as they arrive.
Allergies or diet: gluten-free. I agree to the kitchen safety rules.
Every guest answers the chef’s allergy questions, and a reminder asks again the day before.
Stars for the class and the chef, and the busiest sessions with date night on top.
The morning brief, the chat inbox, a walk-up sale and a holiday gift card campaign.

Step by step
From the booking page to the reports at the end of the week.
Fresh pasta from scratch, one couple at the couple price, and two seats held while they check out. Every guest answers the chef's allergy questions, and the waiver is signed on the page.
A first-time couple, one of them gluten-free, asks the chat for a date night this Friday. Dash checks the real calendar, says Friday is full and offers another night, without ever promising an allergen-free kitchen.
Friday's date night is sold out, so the couple joins the waitlist from the class page. When a booking is canceled, everyone waiting gets an email with a button to take the two seats.
A $100 gift card for a friend's birthday, with her name, email and a message. The checkout is short and there's no tax, and she gets the code in the school's colors straight away.
Six Tuesday nights with one chef, booked in one go, with one waiver that covers every night. Ask Dash how many seats are left in the fall group and it counts the people actually enrolled.
A shared seat by the person or the couple, or the whole kitchen as a private class. Whoever books first decides which way that night goes, and Dash drafts a chef for the sessions that have none.
Kitchen Club takes 10% off evening classes and date nights for $9 a month, and a five-class pack is paid once at the counter. Ask the page who joined this month and Dash names each new member.
The confirmation, directions to the green door two days before, the reminder, then the recipes two hours after class. Every email is in the owner's words, with a test sent to check it.
Change the headline by clicking it and typing, and add a photo from the school's own gallery. Dash writes an honest answer on nut allergies for the questions page and shows it before anything changes.
One class tonight, everyone arriving at seven, and only what needs the owner, like unpaid bookings or a food handler card running out. One more tap sends each unpaid guest a link to pay.
Every guest's own allergy and diet answers on the class. Dash names who can't eat gluten or nuts and who hasn't answered at all, and each allergy shows on the line as guests are checked in at the door.
Two rust aprons, the taco spice kit and a rolling pin, told to Dash in one sentence. A gift card takes $100 off, and the rest goes on the card machine.
The Reschedule link in the confirmation opens a calendar on the customer's own class, with full times blocked. The old seat goes back on sale, and the history shows the customer moved it.
The day before every class, email the guests and ask if their allergies have changed. Dash drafts the email word for word and lists tomorrow's guests it would reach before anything is sent.
Everything the booking-page chat handled while the owner was teaching. A question about a 14-year-old came to the owner, two chats turned into bookings, and Dash answered parking and gift cards on its own.
Dash writes the November gift card email from the real card amounts, with a free spice kit on cards over $150. It goes only to customers who opted in, scheduled for nine in the morning.
Tonight's taco night on a phone, with each guest's allergy under their name. Check a couple in as they walk in, and ask Dash whether anyone on tomorrow's class still owes.
The After-Class Review asks for stars for the class and the chef, and answering earns 10% off the next class with a code that works once. Dash sums up what guests said about the chefs this month.
Busiest sessions lists every class by how many came, with date night at the top. Then ask which class fills best and how much sold in gift cards, and Dash answers from the month's own numbers.
Everything above is standard EquipDash: the booking page, shared seats and private classes, the waitlist, courses and memberships, the allergy questions every guest answers, and the chat that answers itself, set up for your school instead of Copper Pot.
