Step by step
From the booking page to the reports after the trip.
The pop-top Transit for five nights, with the nightly price dropping on its own from four nights. Bedding, a kitchen kit and unlimited miles go on, the out-of-state deposit shows before they pay, and the driver form is signed on the page.
A family of four on their first RV trip asks if they need a bathroom. Dash reads the owner's notes on each camper, points them at the Class C, and answers the mileage question from what the owner wrote.
The travel trailer for four nights, delivered to a campground in Big Sky. The distance sets the delivery zone and the price before they pay, and the run lands on the deliveries list.
The link in the confirmation lets a renter push her trip back two days, with the van checked free and the price shown. Ask the booking what changed and Dash reads its history.
Every vehicle shares one pricing template, with a discount from four nights and a bigger one from a week. Change it once and the fleet follows, then ask what the Sprinter costs for eight nights with tax.
A $1,000 hold by default, $2,000 for two weeks or more and $1,500 for renters from outside Montana, with the higher rule winning. Dash says which rule a booking hit and whether the hold is on the card yet.
The owner's own wording, filled in from each booking and emailed when they book. It stays on the booking as a job until it's signed, and Dash lists this weekend's pickups still missing one.
The walkthrough at pickup, the inspection at return with tanks emptied as a must-pass, then the jobs to get it ready by one. Describe a winter check and Dash writes it in the same shape as the others.
Pickups at one, returns at eleven and the weather, with only what needs the owner underneath. An overdue truck camper comes first, with who has it and a text from the same line.
Every vehicle on its own row for the week. A renter adds a night by phone, the return moves and she gets a link to pay, then Dash checks whether a Class C is free for five nights from Tuesday and prices it.
The rental agreement signed on the screen, then the walkthrough with the miles, the fuel and a photo. The kit is ticked into the van, and a $1,500 hold goes on the card he paid with.
Today's run on one line with the campground address, the trailer and the renter's number, and directions one tap away. Tick it once it's set up, then ask Dash what drop-offs and pickups come next.
Two vans for a week with kits, unlimited miles and a pet fee, told to Dash in one go. It saves as a quote that holds both vans for two weeks, and when she accepts it becomes a booking at the quoted price.
A scrape on the bumper marked with a photo, and a French press missing from the kit. Part of the deposit is kept for both, the rest goes back on the card, and the renter gets an email saying why.
Everything back this morning lands in the workshop for cleaning. Dash matches it against today's pickups and says the Transit goes out at one, so it's cleaned first and goes back on the calendar.
Every morning at nine it finds anything that should have been back by eleven and emails the renter. A test run finds the overdue truck camper and waits for the owner's OK, and every run shows on the bot's page.
Dash writes the spring email with the SHOULDER15 code for 15% off before the end of May. It goes only to customers who opted in, scheduled for the first of March at nine.
Today's pickups and returns on a phone. Dash names the two rentals that should be back by now, and the cleaned Transit is marked done and back in stock for tomorrow.
The road trip survey lands on the booking, and answering earns a 10% code. Sales by item shows what each vehicle brought in, and Dash says which van earned the most this month and how many nights each was out.
Everything above is standard EquipDash: the booking page, nightly prices, deposit rules, your own rental agreement, campsite delivery, quotes and the turnaround checklist, set up for your fleet instead of Open Road.
