Guided ATV and side-by-side tours, and machines rented by the hour or the day, with deposits, rental agreements and pre-ride checks at the yard.
Inside the business
Driver and passenger prices, deposits and the rental agreement, pre-ride checks and the guide roster.
A parent and a youth on the 8:00 AM tour, a guided pick for first-timers, a private sunset.

Late riders checked in from the tour, and the 7:30 AM roster on a phone.
Four-seater for the full day. Nothing is charged unless the machine comes back damaged.
The agreement filled in from each booking, and a hold from $500 to $1,000 on the card.
Helmets, fuel and the kill switch before it leaves, and a cracked mirror kept from the deposit.
Heat and lightning rules, a walk-up, guides planned by Dash, and tours earning twice the rentals.

Step by step
From the booking page to the reports after the ride.
A parent and a 12-year-old book a driver and a youth passenger on the eight o'clock. Each rider gives their age, weight and height so the right helmet and machine are waiting, and the parent signs both waivers.
Two first-timers and a 12-year-old ask the chat what to book. Dash checks the real calendar, suggests a guided side-by-side tour because that's the rule for first-timers, and says only the driver needs a license.
The two-seater for a full day, with the return time shown and a dust gaiter added. The $750 deposit is listed at checkout, and the link to hold it on the card goes out a week before.
The sunset tour sells as a shared seat or the whole tour for a group. Six friends book it private at $899 for all of them, the waivers go out by email, and no shared seats sell on that night.
A $59 pre-trip inspection for a local's own quad, booked like a ride but with no waiver. It shows on Today under services, and once it's dropped off it goes to the workshop with its ready time.
Every machine has a price card for two hours, a half day and a full day. Put the four-seater's full day up $20 to $649, then ask its own page what a day costs with Sedona tax.
A driver at $149, a passenger at $99 and a youth passenger at $79, and every driver takes a single ATV out of stock. Ask the tour how the next two weekends look and Dash says which sessions still have room.
A hold on the card for every machine, from $500 on a single ATV to $1,000 on the four-seater. The rental agreement fills in from each booking, and Dash lists this weekend's renters who haven't signed.
Helmets, fuel and the kill switch are must-pass before a machine leaves, with a damage walk-round and a photo when it comes back. Describe a monsoon-season check in one sentence and Dash writes the list.
A warning over 100 degrees and another for thunderstorms, checked two days ahead on every tour and rental. Ask whether either hits this weekend and Dash reads the Sedona forecast against the bookings.
Machines going out and coming back and every tour leaving the yard, written up before the first rider pulls in. Under it, the bookings that still owe with pay links ready, and two guides with a certificate due for renewal.
Twelve riders on one list with their waivers, ages, weights and heights, and the forecast beside the guide's name. Dash reads their answers and says who's driving and who needs a youth helmet.
The rental agreement signed on the screen, then the pre-ride check with the kill switch shown to the driver. A $1,000 hold goes on the card, and nothing is charged unless the machine comes back damaged.
Two single ATVs for two hours and two water bottles, told to Dash the way the riders said it. It checks which quads are free right now, the waivers go out by email, and they pay on the card machine.
A cracked side mirror marked on the return with a photo, and the walk-round fails on it. $120 is kept from the deposit, the rest goes back on the card, and the machine goes to the workshop.
Dash plans who guides each departure for the next two weeks, from who's free and who's qualified. It won't put a guide with a lapsed wilderness first aid card on a tour, and nothing is assigned until the owner approves.
Every evening at six, email tomorrow's riders what to wear and bring, with the waiver link for anyone unsigned. Dash builds the steps, shows who it would write to, and each email waits for the owner's OK.
Today's tours, late pickups and returns on a phone. Check in three late riders from the tour, then ask Dash whether every machine will be back in time for the sunset tour.
The Post-Ride Review opens with the score already in, and sending it earns a 10% code. Sales by item puts the two-seater on top, and Dash says the tours brought in about twice what the rentals did this month.
Everything above is standard EquipDash: the booking page, driver and passenger prices, deposits and the rental agreement, the pre-ride checks, the weather rules and the guide roster, set up for your yard instead of Red Canyon.
