Step by step
From the booking page to the reports after the trip.
An adult and a youth on Saturday's noon zipline, with each rider's date of birth, weight and height so the guide can fit the harness. Mom signs her own waiver and her daughter's as her parent, then pays by card.
A family with kids of seven and eleven asks what they can all do together. Dash reads each trip's age rule, puts the family combo first, says which trips only the eleven-year-old can join, and answers the rafting question from the owner's own words.
The zipline and the waterfall hike as one bundle, 10% off each. Times that clash with the zipline are marked as an overlap, and the total shows the saving against booking the two separately.
A team of twelve asks for a Friday next month at one price for the group. Everyone's date of birth goes in with the request, and the card is saved, not charged, until the owner says yes.
Saturday's climb is full, so a customer joins the waitlist for two places. A group of three cancels and gets half back under the policy, and everyone waiting gets an email with a button to book.
A raft departure only sells with a guide who holds swiftwater rescue and wilderness first responder. Dash drafts who takes each unguided departure, nothing changes until the owner approves, and it names the days still short a guide.
The dashboard flags two certificates due for renewal, and Renew opens the person. Put in the new expiry date and the badge clears, then ask the page whose certificates run out soon across the whole crew.
The week guide by guide, with how busy each day is booked across the top. Dash says who's on this weekend and drafts a Sunday shift, and publishing the week emails only the people whose shifts changed.
A part-time guide opens his own link, with no login, to set his days and ask for a weekend off. The owner approves it from the schedule and is warned about the two shifts he's still down for.
The day in a sentence before the first shuttle: departures, the rush and the weather. Open it for tomorrow's wind warning on the zipline and climbing, departures with nobody assigned, and the bookings still unpaid.
A tablet by the door runs the time clock, and each guide clocks in with their own four-digit PIN. The hours land on the timesheets, and Dash adds up the week guide by guide, with breaks taken off.
Dash names who on the 1:30 raft isn't comfortable in moving water. Check-in stays locked until the guide signs the trip report with the headcount and river conditions, then everyone is ticked off as they walk up.
A saved school group fills the seats on next week's waterfall hike, and each parent gets a link to sign for their child. Dash checks every waiver on the booking and lists the teachers and students still to sign.
The team's request is waiting, and a private day needs two guides. Dash finds three free and qualified and notes which one is short a certificate, and approving it charges the saved card and sends the confirmation.
Three friends for this afternoon's waterfall hike and a cap, told to the till in one sentence. Dash checks the two o'clock has room and reads the sale back, and each friend gets a seat and a waiver of their own.
Every evening before a rafting trip, email tomorrow's paddlers what to wear and when to meet. Dash builds the steps, tries them on tomorrow's real bookings, and shows who it would email before anything is sent.
The 1:30 raft on a phone at the river, with each person's weight and answer about the water. Check in the last two off the bus, and ask Dash who still has to sign before they get in the raft.
A survey a few hours after every trip asks about the day, the guide and the safety briefing. Sending it earns a 10% code, happy guests go on to the review pages, and a low score comes to the owner first.
Busiest sessions shows how full every departure ran, as a table or a chart. Then ask which guide took out the most people this month and which trip fills first, and Dash answers from every booking.
Everything above is standard EquipDash: the booking page, bundles and the waitlist, guides and their certificates, the schedule and the time clock, trip reports and group waivers, set up for your trips instead of Ridgeline.
